Bonita casa situada en Grupo los Arbolitos, junto al Hotel Sierra y Cal, cerca de la Avenida principal del pueblo, pero con la tranquilidad de estar en una paralela, por lo que hace que sea mucho mas facil aparcar y no tener el ruido constante de la avenida. La vivienda se encuentra muy cerca del colegio, supermercados, centro de salud, zonas verdes, pabellon deportivo y restaurantes.
Cuando entramos en la vivienda, encontramos un recibidor amplio y luminoso, separado por un arco de escayola del comedor. Cuando entramos en esta estancia, vemos que esta alicatada a media altura, evitando asi los roces de las sillas, esta zona tambien es muy amplia y luminosa por la ventana que tiene. Junto al comedor, esta la cocina ( esta se queda completamente amueblada), y una habitacion, perfecta para usar como dormitorio, zona de juegos, sala de estudio etc.
En la primera planta encontramos, el dormitorio principal amplio y con ventana al exterior, el bano, alicatado hasta el techo con azulejo imitando al marmol, esta completo con inodoro, bide, plato de ducha con mampara y lavabo con mueble, que no sirve para almacenar y una habitacion doble con mucha luz, como el resto de la casa. Antes de llegar a esta ultima habitacion, pasamos por un pequeno "recibidor" que se puede cerrar y servirnos para otro dormitorio. De ahi pasamos a la segunda planta, alli tenemos una amplia habitacion con un buen armario empotrado, lavadero y aseo. Destacar tambien de la vivienda que cuenta con dos azotea, una de ellas techada y la otra muy amplia y un con unas vistas maravillosas.

Nice house located in Grupo los Arbolitos, next to the Hotel Sierra y Cal, near the main avenue of the village, but with the tranquility of being in a parallel, so it makes it much easier to park and not have the constant noise of the avenue. The house is very close to the school, supermarkets, health centre, green areas, sports hall and restaurants.
When we enter the house, we find a wide and luminous hall, separated by a plaster arch from the dining room. When we enter this room, we see that it is tiled at a medium height, thus avoiding the rubbing of the chairs, this area is also very wide and bright through the window it has. Next to the dining room, is the kitchen (this is fully furnished), and a room, perfect for use as a bedroom, play area, study room etc.
In the first floor we found, the ample main dormitory and with window to the outside, the bath, tiled until the ceiling with tile imitation to the marble, this complete one with toilet, bide, plate of shower with screen and washbasin with furniture, that does not serve to store and a double room with much light, like the rest of the house. Before reaching this last room, we pass through a small "hall" that can be closed and used for another bedroom. From there we go to the second floor, there we have a large room with a good wardrobe, laundry room and toilet. Also noteworthy is the house that has two roofs, one of them is roofed and the other is very wide and one with wonderful views.
